Welcome to ApplyRemote! ApplyRemote is a Software as a Service platform that allows companies to post job openings and receive applications from applicants. ApplyRemote also allows applicants to find job postings, apply for jobs, and participate in screening interviews.

By using ApplyRemote, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use of ApplyRemote

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ApplyRemote.
  • You may not use ApplyRemote for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You may not use ApplyRemote to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious software.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Job Postings

  • Companies are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings.
  • Companies may not post jobs that require applicants to pay a fee.
  • Companies may not discriminate against applicants based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Applicant Applications

  • Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their application materials.
  • Applicants may not provide false or misleading information.
  • Applicants may not use ApplyRemote to harass or discriminate against other users.

Screening Interviews

  • Companies may use ApplyRemote to create and send screening interviews to applicants.
  • Companies are responsible for the content of the screening interviews.
  • Applicants may decline to participate in a screening interview.

Fees

  • Companies may be charged fees for posting jobs and using other premium features.
  • Fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

  • ApplyRemote and all of its content, including logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of ApplyRemote.
  • Users may not copy or distribute any content from ApplyRemote without the express written permission of ApplyRemote.

Limitation of Liability

  • ApplyRemote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • ApplyRemote is not responsible for any loss or damage that results from the use of ApplyRemote.
  • ApplyRemote is not responsible for any delays or interruptions in service.

Termination

  • ApplyRemote may terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms of service.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting ApplyRemote support.

Governing Law

  • These terms of service are governed by the laws of the state of California.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms of service will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.

Changes to Terms of Service

  • ApplyRemote may change these terms of service at any time.
  • Changes to the terms of service will be posted on the ApplyRemote website.
  • Your continued use of ApplyRemote after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
